Carrybots

With Orionstar’s Carrybots, Albrecht Elektrotechnik is addressing the growing demand for flexible intralogistics. The mobile robots navigate autonomously through production halls and warehouses, handling material transport and thus reducing the workload on personnel resources.

Quick-change system

The latest addition to the portfolio, GRIP’s quick-change systems offer a high-precision and robust solution for automated tool changes. They enable robots to be quickly converted to different tools or grippers without manual intervention – a decisive factor for high cycle times and flexible production.

albrecht Variomount mounting system

Shorter cycle times, in combination with highly dynamic handling units, place the highest demands on the substructure of the modules. This includes rigidity and precision of the structural elements.

In order to meet a wide range of application possibilities, different series are available, both as a single column and as a double column. Both options can be easily imported into a CAD system and mounted on the machine.

As an option, the double-column setups can be equipped with an adjustment spindle in order to make quick, ergonomic and precise changes to the setting height.

The possibilities with the albrecht Variomount mounting system are shown in the following product catalog:

In-house technical center

The focus at Albrecht Elektrotechnik GmbH’s in-house technical center is on the practical development and testing of innovative automation solutions. Here, customer-specific requirements are implemented in a realistic manner, various test setups are installed, and tested under real conditions.

Whether cobots, carrybots, quick-change systems, or bin picking—the technical center offers the opportunity to demonstrate these products not only individually but also in networked systems. Complementary peripherals can be seamlessly integrated to map complete process chains and simulate individual applications.

Our technical center thus serves as the ideal platform for developing, testing, and bringing tailor-made solutions to series production in collaboration with our customers.
